Ukraine to raise grain production by 10-15% in 2021 - expert

The production of grain crops can grow by 10-15% in Ukraine in 2021, declared the Chairman of the Board of KSG Agro, Sergey Kasyanov.

“There was a drought the last year that resulted in poor yields in southern regions. This year, the moisture provision is sufficient”, - he said.

He added that it was related mainly to the winter crops.

“However, I do not see any problems as to the spring crops as well. Probably, the harvesting campaign will be delayed. But it will not affect the result”, - he pointed out.
